Terms of Service
The rules for using Daily Dirt Rally. Short, because the site is free, has no accounts, and asks very little of you.

Daily Dirt Rally is operated by Donald Harris (“we”, “us”). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. Questions: contact@dailydirtrally.com.
1. The service
Daily Dirt Rally is a free browser game. There is no account, no subscription and nothing to purchase. We provide it as-is and may change, suspend or discontinue any part of it at any time, including the daily track generator, the leaderboard and the multiplayer service.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- submit leaderboard names that are abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, or that impersonate another person;
- submit fabricated or manipulated race times, or otherwise interfere with the integrity of the leaderboard;
- attempt to disrupt the service — including automated request floods, exploiting the multiplayer protocol to affect other players’ races, or probing the server for vulnerabilities without permission;
- use the site for any unlawful purpose.
Responsible disclosure of a genuine security issue is welcome and is not a breach of these terms — email us before publishing.
3. Leaderboard entries
Leaderboard entries are public. We reserve the right to remove any entry at our discretion, in particular where the name breaches section 2 or where the time is not physically achievable on the track it was submitted against. Times are currently measured client-side and are not yet verified by the server, which is described plainly in the scoring guide; removal of implausible entries is how that gap is managed in the meantime.
No prize, ranking, currency or reward of value attaches to a leaderboard position. The board resets daily.
4. Content you send us
When you send a message through the contact form or report a bug, you grant us permission to use that report to fix and improve the game. We will not publish your name or email address without your permission.
5. Intellectual property
The game, its source code, artwork, written guides and the “Daily Dirt Rally” name belong to their author. The written guides on this site may be quoted with attribution and a link. Wholesale republication of the site’s content, or reuse of its artwork or code outside the terms of its licence, is not permitted.
The BASH TV framing, the 2088 setting and all associated names are fictional. The game is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any real broadcaster, vehicle manufacturer or motorsport organisation.
6. Availability and disclaimer
The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind. It runs on a single small server maintained by one person; it will occasionally be down, and daily tracks and leaderboard data may be lost in the event of a failure. Do not treat a leaderboard time as a permanent record.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the site. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud, where that exclusion would be unlawful.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in the privacy policy, which forms part of these terms.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and material changes are noted in the changelog. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except where mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence gives you the right to bring proceedings locally.
